The typical way to operate a standalone duplicator is to take a prerecorded master disc (typically a project that exists on the user’s PC, which is burned onto a recordable disc creating the “Master Disc”) for whatever project they want to duplicate. That master disc is then inserted into the duplicator’s reader drive along with blank discs, for which the content is intended to be copied, and then the duplicator is activated to perform the copy procedure. It is not incredibly complicated but is not the most efficient way to initiate the copy procedure.
For this reason, Vinpower invented the Copy Connection feature, which eliminates the need to create that first master disc. The feature works by transferring the content intended to be copied directly from a PC or even across a network and load it onto the duplicator’s hard drive (HDD). Once stored on the duplicator’s HDD, the user can initiate the copy process immediately, saving time and effort.
After Vinpower introduced this feature, competitive controller manufacturers tried to piggyback on Vinpower’s success by offering similar features. However, the Vinpower version still reigns supreme due to the fact that it doesn’t require some complicated third party software adaption to work. Vinpower’s copy connection works through standard Window’s point click operation whereas with a simple driver update. The competitor’s version requires a 3rd party software that is not intuitive and is far more complicated and time consuming than the process it’s trying to replace.
So don’t let fancy titles or misrepresentations that others offer the same features as Vinpower Digital fool you into thinking the features are exactly the same. Vinpower thinks about what will make the user’s life easier, our competitors simply think, how they can match what Vinpower offers. Vinpower has released the latest Pandora auto-printer model version 1.4 with new user-friendly features!
The Pandora Optical Disc auto-printer is an easy to use and affordable CD, DVD, or Blu-Ray disc printer that allows the users to print up to 100 discs automatically. The Pandora has been well tested in the field and it continues to provide high quality printed images and text; however, we have made some improvements that will make the Pandora even better.
The two primary improvements are:
1. An added auto tray in/out mechanism, (this will allow the tray to remain in place longer before ejecting the disc). This ensures the ink is fully dry when moving on to the next printed disc.
2. We added a low ink check mechanism for the ink cartridges. This way the user will know when the cartridge ink levels are running low and need to be replaced soon. This is critical to prevent failed discs due to running out or partially running out of ink.

VinPower Adds Copy Protection to Titan Series

Vinpower Digital has offered DVD video copy protection for quite some time with a positive acceptance in the marketplace. (The Blu-ray version of copy protection will be introduced in the near future). Until now, this feature was solely offered in our line of manual tower duplicators or our PC enabled robotic loaders, such as the Cronus systems. Nevertheless, there has been a clamor for our extremely popular standalone TITAN series to adopt the copy protection feature due to its increased disc capacity (up to 1000 discs) and duplication capacity (up to 8 simultaneous writer drives).
We have heard the requests and redesigned the equipment’s hardware to allow for the PC connection necessary to embed the copy protection onto the media.
